Job Description - Project Engineer with TI/ground up exp in California Construction Project Engineer at our company will assist with administration and coordination of Tenant Improvement projects in a campus of large Class A Commercial Buildings located in West Hollywood. The buildings are owned and managed by our company and all work performed will be within the property. No off-site traveling required. Job Responsibilities -Bid out projects to All Trades and Prepare Bid Summary -Perform Project Administration, including filing and coordination of Submittals, RFIs, and other administrative Tasks -Contractor Coordination to include job site coordination, scheduling and other related Tasks -Daily and Weekly Report and other administrative tasks Experience and Qualifications -2-year Construction experience, preferably in Commercial TI Project -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Software Knowledge and Skills -Ability to Read Construction Drawings -Professional level Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word -Adobe Acrobat PDF -AutoCAD is a PLUS Compensation -Salary based on experience, include salary requirement in the resume -Medical and Dental -Vacation and Paid Time off The position is currently available for immediate hire Only Local Applicants will be considered Must be authorized to work in the US, no sponsorships Job Type: Full-time Experience: relevant: 2 years (Required)
