Project Manager with Public Works Experience needed in Portland, OR

Project Manager Job Skills / Requirements The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following: Managing multiple projects concurrently from start to finish, including estimating and preconstruction. Coordinating with the Superintendent and subcontractors to develop the project. Reviewing plans and specifications to create scopes of work and execute contracts. Reviewing submittals including shop drawing and data sheets. Review and process subcontractor submittals for adherence to the owner. Managing of project document logs to include RFI's, Transmittals, and change orders. Managing the Owner and Architect including OAC meetings and creating of minutes. Tracking all project schedule. Managing project close out, O&M’s, warranties, lien releases, punch list items, extra products and key. Manage all sides of the project financially including contracts, projections, billings etc. Software / Additional Requirements A four-year degree in Construction management or relevant degree is required. K-12 and Public work project experience is a must. 5-10 years of experience in the construction management preferably with Public work. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Primavera or Microsoft Project; Procore ; Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Bluebeam is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills a must, both verbal and written.
