Job Description - Project Manager with Multi-Family Experience needed in Pasadena, CA Our client is currently hiring a Project Manager to provide support for their Project Superintendents and Project Executive team. Currently seeking Project Managers with experience in multi-family construction. They are a full-service general contractor. The majority of their projects are located in Los Angeles California which focuses on multifamily and commercial projects with an emphasis on urban infill development. They manage approximately $50 to $100 million a year in construction. Position Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of an assigned project(s). Coordinate RFI’s, submittals and all transmittals with project architects, engineers, owners and field personnel. Coordinate project specific meeting notes, agendas and scheduling. Develop working knowledge of Company’s document filing and processing. Understanding the information in all project transmittals in order to pass information in a timely and efficient way. Collaborate with project team to seek out construction issues before they occur and manage the solution. Inspect all work to insure compliance with plans and specifications. Working with accounting team for office and field coordination. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience related to construction. Experience working on multifamily or large-scale commercial projects. Working knowledge Microsoft Office. Experience working with architects and engineers during the course of construction. Working knowledge of Autocad or Revit is a plus. Hard working, motivated and can communicate with the management team in an effective manner. Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Other Programs a Plus.
