Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager’s general responsibilities are to deliver exceptional projects that exemplifies the highest of standards. The Sr. PM is expected to be self-sufficient requiring minimal supervision. These duties include managing the risks to the project’s earning, assuring efficient, timely and complete communications among all project team members and organizations and directing field personnel. Specifically, it is the Sr. Project Manager’s responsibility to obtain, evaluate, coordinate, distribute, and record information and obtain all authorizations needed to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 -10 years of Building Construction Experience for a Commercial Construction General Contractor.

BS Degree from Accredited College desired but not required based on experience.

Qualifications, Experience, and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of construction cost and estimating, construction scheduling using and techniques, Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of various design and construction means, methods and materials, their characteristics, and installation procedures.

Demonstrate management know-how, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate dedication, willingness and ability to understand, promote and adhere to Bergman KRPS procedures.

Develop client relationships to attract new clients and to keep existing clients.

Exhibits the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

25% travel may be required based on project location.
