Cuts, grinds and welds raw metal material according to specification on bill of material.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cuts, grinds and welds using standard welding procedures according to the bill of material for the specified customer order. Daily priorities are determined by supervisor.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

High school graduation or one year technical school; or one year to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, drawings. Able to communicate with fellow employees in a professional and tactful manner.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as addition, subtraction, and percentages.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
